Can I get a free quote?

Yes, we provide free quotes, but please note that we can only provide estimates over the phone.

What kinds of vehicles do you service & repair?

We service & repair all makes and models, including cars, utes, vans and light commercials.

What kinds of spare parts do you use for the repairs?

We use original or guaranteed new parts. We can provide second hand parts upon customer request.

How much warranty do you give for the repairs?

Usually the warranty comes with the new parts. The manufacturers usually give 1 year but in some cases only 6 months. We guarantee our labour for the same duration as the manufacturer warranty.

What kind of oil do you use for the services?

We use and recommend Penrite Oils, but also stock some other brands.

What kind of diagnostic tools do you use to scan my car with the engine light on?

We use some of the latest scan tools, Autel, G-Scan, Multiscan brands.

What kind of work do you perform with minor service?

A minor service is not just a simple oil change. First we check all the safety features, lights, wiper operations, seat belts, driver controls, brake fluid and coolant contamination. Next, we lift your car up to replace the oil & oil filter. We carry out an under-car check: wheel bearing movements, all the brakes, brake hoses, tyre pressures, drive belts, CV boots, ball joints, suspension, coolant or oil leaks, tighten undercarriage and tail shaft bolts, also checking drivetrain oil levels and couplings. Finally, we lube all door hinges & strikers. If any problems are found, we put them on the jobcard and report them to the customer.

How much is your hourly rate?

$100 + gst / Hour

How can i pay for the job?

Private customers: cash, eftpos and credit cards.
Business customers and company: eft

How often does my car need service?

Usually every 10,000 km or every six months, and at least once a year.

How quickly can you perform a minor service? Can I wait while you work?

Usually, a minor service takes less than 1 hour. If you booked the car in for service, certainly you can wait. Its gonna be ready soon.
